Webster Capital: Sorenson, Webster recap Home Brands Group

Sorenson Capital and Webster Capital have recapitalized Home Brands Group Holdings Inc, which does business as "Re-Bath." Financial terms weren't announced. Yukon Partners provided mezzanine capital and acquired a minority stake. Re-Bath, of Phoenix, is a franchisor of bathroom remodeling services with locations in more than 150 cities across the United States. Dorsey & Whitney LLP served as legal counsel to Yukon.
