To keep your Gene Hicks Coffee fresh & hot I suggest pouring it into a preheated thermal carafe or thermos as soon as it's brewed. Especially if your coffee brewer has a glass carafe & warming plate. The oxygen that enters an open top carafe will destroy a good cup of coffee, if left setting for more than 15 minutes.
