Well Flow International: Group 42 buys SA-based oil field pipeline, fabrication company

San Antonio-based energy holdings company Group 42 is expanding its North American operations after one of its subsidiaries bought a local company that specializes in making pipelines, storage tanks and other oil field equipment.
