Fort Worth-based Whitley Penn announced the acquisition of a Dallas firm, Wagner, Eubank & Nichols, last week. Wagner, Eubank & Nichols was founded in 2001 by the merger of two practices originally established in the 80s. The firm has experience in both public and private sector accounting and provides services in assurance, tax, financial accounting and consulting.
