If reading labels to identify all of these possible sugars seems like too much effort, then simply eliminating processed foods from your diet will eliminate most of these toxic sugars from your diet. Processed foods are easily identified - they come in packages. If it is packaged, don't eat it.
Replace processed foods will whole foods (real foods) and you will have eliminated virtually all processed sugar from your diet.
