Westplan Investors: Big 'gateway' mixed-use project planned near SunTrust Park (PICS)

Westplan is planning a mixed-use project with 310 apartments, 65,000 square feet of office space, a 200-room hotel, 7,500 square feet of retail space and 3,500 square feet of restaurant space.
