Carlos brings more than 24 years of experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry across Europe, including the last 12 years as a leader at ZF Group, a global technology leader in advanced mobility solutions, where he last served as Vice President and Global Key Account Executive for the TRATON Group. His career includes significant tenures at General Dynamics ELS, Continental AG, and Lear Corporation. Carlos holds engineering degrees from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona, Spain) and the Universidad Europea de Madrid (Madrid, Spain) and Executive training from Duke University (MBA), Insead Business School (HILP) and IESE Business School (PADE).
