Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) has awarded the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract to build its Wildcat Point Generation Facility, a state-of-the-art, combined-cycle natural gas power plant in Cecil County, Maryland, to White Oak Power Constructors.
