Willing : MetLife to acquire VC-backed Willing
MetLife Inc has agreed to acquire Miami-based Willing, a New York-based online platform for creating wills and estate-planning documents. No financial terms were disclosed. Willing's backers include Vayner/RSE, Switch VC, Sound Ventures and 500 Startups.
