Winchester: Aptiv acquires Winchester Interconnect in $650 million agreement

Aptiv, a global technology company testing its autonomous vehicle on Pittsburgh streets, announced a $650 million agreement to acquire Winchester Interconnect Tuesday, according to a news release.
