Mark Owens, president and CEO of Greater Winston-Salem, Inc., wants to make Winston-Salem the best mid-sized city in the Southeastern United States by 2030, he said at the State of the Economy lunch at the Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem Thursday.
