Wisconsin Farmers Union: Wisconsin Farmers Union receives Farm Aid grant

Wisconsin Farmers Union has received nine-thousand dollars from Farm Aid.Executive Director Julie Keown-Bomar tells Brownfield they are grateful for the grant funding. "We've been working closely with them for years. They're so supportive of family farmers for decades now and we were the recipients of a grant that will help us raise up some issues having to do with working people, with farmers and laborers in the food system."Keown-Bomar says the new funding will help them re-start a podcast elevating issues of importance to farmers and consumers....
