WompMobile: DexCare acquires Bellingham-based health care tech company Womp

Seattle-based health care tech startup DexCare has acquired Womp, a Bellingham-based company that helps health care companies with their online experience. The companies announced the acquisition Thursday but aren't disclosing the financial terms of the deal. A DexCare spokesperson said Womp has more than 20 employees, all of whom are joining DexCare through the acquisition.
