Workspace: Workspace Group plc Announces Interim Dividend in Respect of the Financial Year Ending 31 March 2025, Payable on 3 February 2025

Workspace Group Plc announced that an interim dividend of 9.4 pence per share (2023: 9.0 pence) in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2025 will be paid on 3 February 2025 to shareholders on the register at 10 January 2025. The dividend will be paid as a normal dividend (not a REIT Property Income Distribution).
