World Oil: World Oil names Associate Publisher

HOUSTON -- Andy McDowell has been appointed Associate Publisher of World Oil. McDowell will continue with his responsibilities as Sales Manager for World Oil for both online and print media. McDowell joined World Oil in 2005 and during the past nine years has managed sales for World Oil on a global basis
