Worldwide Produce: Portfolio company of Sole Source Capital purchases California fresh produce distributor

Worldwide Produce, a portfolio company of Dallas private equity firm Sole Source Capital, has purchased a California-based importer and distributor of fresh produce. Sole Source announced on Aug. 24 that Los Angeles-based Worldwide bought Vision Produce, according to a news release. The terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
