Xand: Xand Announces Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Protection Services

Denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, an attempt to make a machine or network resource unavailable to its intended users, are on rise. According to a survey conducted by Prolexic Technologies, hackers launch more than 7,000 DDoS attacks each day, taking down VoIP and UC systems in addition to websites.
