After going on a massive acquisition spree in 2017, Boca Raton-based Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has announced its first acquisitions of 2018. The insurance agency purchased Arizona-based Xponent Employer Solutions, a company that provides business process outsourcing services such as payroll, employee benefits, insurance services and human resource management.
