Xtium: Evolve IP acquires King of Prussia-based cloud company as M&A strategy ramps up

Growing cloud services company EvolveIP acquired King of Prussia-based Xtium, Inc. in a deal announced Thursday. Terms of the acquisition, the Wayne-based company's eighth in seven years, were not disclosed.
