yantrasoft: Cloud Telephony Firm Ozonetel Buys Yantrasoft's Speech Recognition Vertical

Ozonetel Systems Private Limited, that offers cloud telephony services to small, medium and large businesses, has acquired the speech recognition arm of US based IT services firm Yantra Soft Inc through which it will offer limited vocabulary recognition that works for multiple language and dialect. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
