YBP Library Services: EBSCO acquires YBP Library Services

EBSCO, an Ipswich-based information services company, has acquired New Hampshire-based YBP Library Services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. YBP Library Services is a division of North Carolina-based Baker & Taylor, and provides print and digital content supporting collection management and technical services to academic, research and special libraries throughout the world, according to a release.
