The Denver Post reports Yellow Cab wants a hearing over $1.9 million in fines assessed against the company by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. The amount is the largest civil fine the PUC has ever assessed, according to the newspaper, and are being levied after an audit turned up more than 700 violations.
