Here’s a look at the top highlights that defined our year and set the stage for even greater achievements in the future!   Top Highlights of 2024 Easier member and admin interactions within YM: We understand that a smooth, user-friendly experience is essential for both your team and your members, which is why we dedicated ourselves to enhancing these interactions this year. A major highlight was our Idea Box, where almost every release included at least one customer-driven suggestion. We made significant strides in member acquisition, improved eCommerce by simplifying bulk actions and non-member selections, and added more reminders to encourage timely member renewals. Additionally, we enhanced data tracking for email and text campaigns, making it easier for you to tailor communications and understand member engagement.
