Luckily for you, the experts over at Topshop have put together a five-point guide on how to get in on the London Fashion Week experience - no insider hook-up necessary.1. Buy a ticket to London Fashion WeekendThe first step is easy: purchase a ticket to London Fashion Weekend, which runs from Thursday 22 September to Monday 25 September. With both Bronze and Silver packages on offer that won't break the bank, you can attend talks lead by industry experts, interactive events and, of course, catwalk shows. If you're a complete newbie, expect fabulous people, eccentric outfits and a palpable sense of excitement.2. Study the scheduleStep two involves going back to school. Not literally...though a spot of pre-fashion week study is essential. The key to success is knowing your designers. Whether you saw the House Of Holland dress of your dreams in the latest issue of Grazia, or you're looking to expand your designer knowledge by trying something new, do some research and read Topshop's guide to the SS17 schedule to make sure you don't miss a beat.3. Location, location, locationIf you ask anyone in the industry - interns, photographers, fashion editors and stylists alike - their pet fashion week peeve will be getting from A to B. While many of the events are spread across the city, fortunately for you the London Fashion Weekend events are all under one roof at the Saatchi Gallery. However, if you fancy doing a little celebrity spotting, there are two locations to familiarise yourself with: the British Fashion Council's show space at Soho's Brewer Street Carpark, and the Topshop show space at Old Spitalfields Market that's also serving curated pop-up market stalls for denim customisation, runway beauty trends and more.4. Plan your routeOnce you've familiarised yourself with the fashion map, it's time to start thinking about how best to spend those well-earned breaks between shows and events. If you find yourself near Old Spitalfields Market, we recommend brunch at Blixen and Portuguese tapas at Taberna De Mercado for dinner. Meanwhile, if you're in the vicinity of Brewer Street, we suggest brunch at Jackson And Rye and dinner at Social Eating House, followed by cocktails at Soho's secret watering hole, The Blind Pig.If you're looking for a slice of culture, Soho gallery Maison Mais Non are celebrating LFW with an exhibition, envisioned by the late Architect Zaha Hadid and featuring pieces by designers such as Nasir Mazhar and Phoebe English.5. Get shoppingThe Saatchi Gallery will play host to a wealth of emerging and established designers for the duration of London Fashion Weekend. Whether you're looking to purchase transitional staples to take you through to the next season, or statement investment designer pieces, with 150 of the world's most exciting designers curated under one roof there's no better place to update your winter wardrobe. Want more ways to get involved? Visit Topshop's London Fashion Hub for what to wear, who to follow, and how to get involved with the Topshop Unique show live on Sunday 18 September.
