Z Captial: Z Capital promotes eight and hires four

Z Capital has made eight promotions and four hires. Among those promoted are Matthew Kane who has become general counsel and chief compliance office; and Cheryl Gioioso who is now director of human resources. And, among the new hires are Martin Halle and Ryan Paskin as operation directors.
