Z-Medica: PE-backed Z-Medica expands board with new addition

Z-Medica LLC, a provider of hemostatic devices, has appointed Dr. Vinod Thourani to its board of directors. Currently, Dr. Thourani is professor of surgery at Georgetown University School of Medicine and the chairman of cardiac surgery for MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute. Z-Medica is a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners.
