We kept hitting roadblocks with tools like Zapier, Make, and others - especially when it came to flexibility, deeper logic, and cost scaling. So we built our own automation system for our SaaS dashboard Qvista.io . It supports: API-based workflows Webhook listeners Custom logic per client Better caching + export features and most importantly - full control We didn't plan to build a full tool at first - we just wanted to automate our own internal reports. But now, it's running most of our data workflows. Still evolving it, but the results are exciting. Anyone else try building their own automations? What tools or stacks did you use?
