ZX Ventures: Egg proteins without chickens: Clara Foods teams up with innovation arm of world's largest brewer

Bay area startup Clara Foods has teamed up with ZX Ventures, the innovation arm of the worldâs largest brewer AB InBev - which knows a thing or two about large-scale fermentation - to help realize its dream of making âanimal-freeâ egg proteins using microbes instead of chickens on an industrial scale.
